What conditions do I need to meet to become a Hebe Partner?

  • Be VAT payer.
  • Go to successful verification By the Hebe Partner team and the payment operator.

What fees do I pay as a Seller in the Hebe Partner Program?

What does the onboarding process look like?

The onboarding process in the Hebe Partner Program focuses on ensuring that sellers can start selling on the platform smoothly and efficiently. Hebe offers comprehensive support, including assistance with registration, account setup and integration with sales systems.
The onboarding process includes the following stages:

  • Accept the terms of the contract with the regulations - the first step is to conclude the contract. You sign the master and entrustment agreement in two copies. Once all the signatures have been made, one copy will be sent to your address.

What is the difference between a product and an offer?

Hebe is based on a product catalog in which each product has a unique EAN code. It is not possible to create two separate product cards with the same code.
Parameters for the product:

  • EAN - this is a unique product number used worldwide to identify the product
  • Product brand
  • Product line
  • Product name - a short description of the product having key phrases
  • Product description - should include as much information about the product as possible
  • Product ingredients
  • How to use the product - information on how the consumer is to use the product
  • Product weight and unit
  • Details of the manufacturer or responsible party
  • Main photo - showing the product on a white background, without logos and unnecessary watermarks
  • Additional lifestyle product photos

Parameters for the offer:

  • Price - individual for each product, net price
  • Stock levels - determination of the maximum offered quantity of products available at Hebe
  • SKU of the offer- individual and unique code for each offer
  • VAT rate
How do I add products to the Hebe platform?

You add products by sending to the team Hebe Partner dedicated product file. Based on it, we create and activate product sheets In the Hebe system.

During onboarding you will receive from us product file, instruction and photo specifications, which will help you to correctly complete the file and add products.

How do I add offers to the Hebe platform?

You can make offers after product activation In our system by the Hebe team. It can be done:

  • Directly at the Hebe platform,
  • Through integration with Base,
  • Through integration with Apilo,
  • Through API integration.

When adding an offer, key parameters such as the code should be provided EAN of the product, SKU number of the offer, net price and VAT rate.

Fulfillment by Hebe (FbH) is a comprehensive logistics program that allows Vendors to put order processing in the hands of Hebe. As a result, Vendors do not have to deal with warehousing, packaging or shipping of products - the entire logistics process is handled by Hebe in a fast, professional manner and in accordance with brand standards.

The program covers the full range of logistics services, including:

  • storage of goods In a modern logistics center,
  • order picking and packing In accordance with Hebe's quality requirements,
  • shipping products to customers Using proven courier companies,
  • handling returns and logistics complaints.
